No sound in Discord
If everything else plays sound but Discord is silent, the wrong output is selected in Discord or it's muted there. Confirm your speakers first, then fix Discord.

Confirm your speakers work: run the CheckMyMic speaker test.

In Discord, open User Settings → Voice & Video → Output Device and pick the correct output device.

Right-click their avatar in the voice channel — each user has an individual volume slider, and theirs may be at zero on your end. If nobody is audible, scroll to the bottom of Voice & Video and use "Reset Voice Settings", then re-pick your output device.
